About Me: Samuel Seedu
A builder of teams, technology, and the next wave of African innovation.
I’m Samuel Seedu — a tech entrepreneur, software engineer, innovation strategist, and the founder of GPIT Nigeria, a fast-rising technology company dedicated to building digital solutions, growing technical talent, and accelerating the future of innovation across Africa.
For over a decade, I’ve lived at the intersection of code, creativity, and community — building not just products, but people. My journey started as a curious young developer writing PHP and JavaScript into the early hours of the morning. Today, I lead teams, mentor startups, and design systems that help African founders build scalable, sustainable ventures from the ground up.
What Drives Me
Africa has always had the talent — what we’ve lacked is infrastructure, belief, and a clear builder’s blueprint. That’s why I created GPIT Nigeria, not just as a company, but as an innovation engine — powering digital transformation through:
- Product Development — Delivering smart, scalable solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
- Talent Training (GPIT Academy) — Equipping the next generation of software engineers with real-world, job-ready skills.
- Startup Acceleration (BuildBox) — Providing mentorship, incubation, and investment readiness support to early-stage African startups.
My mission is simple but urgent: to build in Africa, for Africans, and with Africans.
My Vision for Africa’s Tech Future
I believe Africa’s innovation story won’t be written in Silicon Valley — it will be written here, by us. In Surulere, Yaba, Nairobi, Kigali, and everywhere young creators are choosing to build rather than complain.
We don’t need saviours — we need systems. And I’m committed to building them. From digital tools to physical coworking spaces, from developer communities to startup launchpads, everything I do is rooted in one belief:
“Those who build, own the future.”
Current Focus
